Home Economics Level One

Personal Safety:
had to be careful with the way we held our knifes
and had to be careful with the hot elements
Food Safety:
not mixing the foods// cross contamination
making sure the beef was cooked properly
Utensils and all Surfaces clean
Hygiene:
tie your hair up
put apron on
took bracelets off
cover cuts
wash hands
put bags behind the whiteboard
